Lauren is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has had the privilege of partnering with individuals and families as they seek to understand the impact of generational trauma, gain positive coping skills, and experience healing and emotional health. She believes that people come to a place of emotional wellness when they are given space to process and given the tools needed to recognize their strengths and inherent worth. Lauren provides an empathic environment to help individuals and families find meaning amidst difficulties. She uses a strengths-based, person-centered approach tailored to the unique needs of each client. Lauren received her Master of Social Work degree from Aurora University.
