What an incredible Saturday! My heart (and my spine!) is feeling so full after connecting with everyone at this year's Self-Care Fair. The energy was absolutely electric, and it was such an honor to represent Greater Chiropractic alongside so many amazing local wellness advocates. We truly feel blessed to be apart of it this year 🌿

The highlight of our little table? Our Grip Strength Testing station! ✋💪

I loved seeing your competitive spirits come out, but more importantly, I loved chatting about what that number actually means. Did you know that your grip strength is a powerful "biomarker"? It’s a great window into your overall neurological health and muscular function! 🧠✨

Whether you crushed the test or realized it’s time to focus a bit more on your functional strength, remember that health is a journey, not a destination.
