Who wants a crazy good deal?

Here is a 16x24 installed late May of 2024 for sale by owner $3k obo (base price $6k w/o add ons). Also has a 8x24 run extension on one side that was added later ($2k).

This is one of our kit builds & can be disassembled for rebuild pretty easy.

Everything new would be well over $9k value

New Roots Urban Farm needs this gone asap due to property lease changes. Help them since they help the community so much with all the things they do.

First pics are recent. The others are from day of install.

Act fast, this is a FCFS opportunity & in over 6 yrs this is the first time this opportunity has came up.

We are at 6 yrs of full time builders of custom animal structures but built my first bird cage for cockatiels almost 40 yrs ago. Here is a 15 yr old post. Add in my architectural design degree, yrs in carpenter union, painting foreman, landscape foreman, breeding different animals since 12 yrs old, etc, and there isn't many with more experience. Here is to many more yrs of supporting animals.

Coop/run tip

Consider gutters.

You can run them to a water barrel with cups & ni***es for your animals. (Pics)

At a minimum you will be controlling the rain in the sq ft area of your facility. Then choose how to use or get it away. Drier area = happier animals

Todays 8x18 went well. So well they get #1 for hardest install to complete 🤣. This is on an undeveloped lot in a new subdivision. So we unhooked trailer from truck & hooked up to a 4 wheeler. Weaving back & forth down what was not much more than a goat path. Took some ingenuity many times. Pry, push, pull, ratchet strap trees together to squeeze by, pry some more, bounce on back of trailer, etc etc. Took bout hour just to get from my truck to the install location. Well, we made & now they will enjoy a safe location for their birds. If it can get there, we WILL get it there.

Upgrades-gutter to water barrel waterer, dual solar fans, & a nice jungle gym to play on.

Rain held off today for the event. Lots of kids got free rooster keychains. We were a big hit w/all ages. Good times for good cause.
