Providers specializing in addiction services

❗️COMMUNITY AGENCY CLOSURE ❗️
If you or someone in your family is receiving services at Crossroads Counseling Services, you can contact Crossroads Counseling Services at (740)- 695-9447 or the MHR Board at (740) 695-9998 to be transitioned to another provider to continue to receive quality mental health and substance abuse services beginning immediately. Our office is working with Crossroad’s management to make sure you or your family will continue to receive services.

The following list of providers are contract agencies with the Mental Health and Recovery Board and are certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. Each of the agencies provides services in the Belmont Harrison and Monroe service district. We have included their addresses and phone numbers if you would like to call to seek continued services.
