Tri-County Help Center is participating in the Belmont County ACE'S (Adverse Childhood Experiences) Committee Child Abuse Awareness Month program by display 10 pinwheels in our St. Clarisville Office along with prevention information and community resource materials.

The pinwheels represent the national statistic that 1 in 10 children are sexually abused before their 18th birthday.

Also, want to give a special shout out to Betty Snyder in the Mayor's office for coordinating all the details!
