As we head into a new week, the challenge is simple for this crew: aim for 500–1,000 extra steps per day or beat the total you logged this past week. You vs. you. As temperatures drop, staying committed to movement becomes even more important. Getting outside for fresh air, sunlight, and continuous activity can make a significant difference in how your body feels and how your mindset holds steady through the colder seasons.
And one thing is obvious: this community loves to MOVE.
