104 days until the first of two Summit Groups head out to CO, but who’s counting? 🤣
There’s a common misconception about people who climb mountains. From the outside, it can look reckless. Like it’s about chasing adrenaline or doing something extreme just to say you did it.
But in my own experience, that’s rarely the reason people go to the mountains.
Hiking and being in the mountains have made me more thoughtful, patient, and methodical (although I have so much more to learn). The mountains demand that. They require preparation, humility, and the ability to slow down and take one step at a time. On a 14er there’s no noise, no distractions, no shortcuts. Just effort, breath, weather, terrain, and the next step in front of you.
And somewhere along the way, something shifts.
By the end of this project, the 23 individuals will be able to have an answer to: "Who am I when things get tough?" And my favorite, “What else can I accomplish now moving forward?”
Higher Purpose Coaching continues to keep growing into one of the most beautiful communities around. Filled with people who want to do more, and make life spectacularly memorable. All because they prioritized their health. And surrounded themself with others who want to do the same.
