Today we honor the resilience, strength, and legacy of Black communities - and shine a spotlight on mental health too. Mental wellness is avital part of health, yet stigma and systematic barriers have historically made it harder for Black individuals to get the support that they deserve. Let's use this month to listen, learn, and show up for one another.
