I’m still reflecting on our first Central MN Wellness Exchange… and honestly, I’m just really grateful.

There’s something powerful about getting people in a room who care deeply about the well-being of this community—and giving them space to connect, listen, and share what they’re seeing.

We had people from different organizations, different roles, and different perspectives… and yet there was such a clear thread:

👉 A desire to support people more holistically
👉 A recognition that no one organization can do it alone
👉 And a shared openness to collaborate in new ways

What stood out to me most wasn’t just what was said—but how people showed up. Thoughtful. Curious. Willing to listen.

It reminded me that so much of this work starts with simply creating the space.

This feels like just the beginning, and I’m excited to see where it leads.

My only regret is not getting a group photo! So sorry to all of those who attended and left before I remembered! 🙃

If you’re in the Central MN area and are passionate about health, wellness, and community connection—I’d love to have you be part of future conversations 🤍

Today marks 3 years of coaching with BetterUp 🤍

When I started, I thought coaching was about helping people set goals, stay accountable, and make progress.

And while that’s part of it… what I’ve learned has been so much deeper.

After 1,800+ conversations, one thing stands out:

Most people don’t need a better plan.
They need support that actually fits their real life.

They need space to pause, notice what’s going on, and take one small step that feels doable.

This work—along with my MA studies—has shifted how I see health and growth.

Less about pushing.
More about listening.
Less about fixing.
More about working with what’s already there.

I’ve been leaning more into my role as a *practitioner*—bringing together body, mind, and real life in a way that feels sustainable and honest.

And honestly… it feels really aligned.

If you’ve been feeling a little out of sync lately—low energy, overwhelmed, or just off—I’ve been opening up a few simple “Health Clarity Sessions” as a place to pause and check in.

Nothing complicated. Just a conversation to help you reconnect and figure out a small next step.

Message me if you’re curious 😊

This week I’m not noticing big wins… I’m noticing connections.

Things starting to click.
A little more clarity.
A little more hope.

Even a tiny bit of motivation to move my body again—which, let’s be honest, hasn’t always been there 😅

It’s not perfect, but it feels like forward momentum.

Anyone else feeling that lately? Like something is shifting, even if you can’t fully explain it yet?

(And if you’re in a season of trying to figure things out, I have a few Health Clarity Sessions open this month 💛)

This week I’ve been reflecting on something simple but powerful:

How often do we actually pause long enough to celebrate the wins?

Not the big milestones everyone sees.

But the quieter ones.

Watching old childhood videos of my kids this week could have easily made me sad about how quickly time has passed. But instead, I felt something unexpected — pride.

Pride in my kids.
Pride in the life we built.
And even pride in the younger version of myself who was doing her best while figuring things out.

It reminded me how easy it is to overlook the quiet evidence that we are growing.

This week I noticed wins like:

✨ small but encouraging improvements in my health
✨ clarity forming around my work and calling
✨ staying consistent with spiritual and life rhythms that support me
✨ shifts in my thinking and perspective

Sometimes change doesn’t arrive as a dramatic breakthrough.

Sometimes it shows up as small signs that something good is unfolding.

That reflection led me to create a simple tool called the Rhythm Review — a gentle check-in to help notice the rhythms shaping our health, work, relationships, and well-being.

Lately I’ve been thinking about how easy it is to move through our days without ever stepping back to look at the bigger picture of our well-being.

When something feels off, we usually try to fix the one thing in front of us.

Drink more coffee.
Push through the stress.
Hope tomorrow’s sleep is better.

But sometimes the more helpful question is simply:

What patterns are showing up in my life right now?

As a health and wellness coach, I often help people slow down and explore questions like:

• Where does my energy feel steady — and where does it feel drained?
• What parts of life are supporting me right now?
• What feels a little out of rhythm?

That kind of curiosity can open the door to really meaningful shifts.

This month inside my Rhythms of Presence community, I shared a short video about a simple practice I use called The Monthly Rhythm Review — a gentle way to step back and reflect on your health and life as a whole.

Sometimes awareness is the first step toward alignment.

I’d love to hear:

Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about the practice of slowing down long enough to pay attention.

To small shifts.
To energy.
To what feels in rhythm… and what doesn’t.

One of the tools I use in coaching is a simple matrix that looks at a few different areas of life — body, mind, relationships, work, and faith. When people step back and look at the bigger picture, patterns often start to emerge.

Sometimes we realize we’re doing better than we thought.

Sometimes we see an area that needs a little care or attention.

Either way, having space to reflect can be incredibly helpful.

Over the past year I’ve also been rethinking how I offer coaching so it can support people in different seasons of life. Because sometimes you just need a single conversation, and other times you want ongoing support as you work toward deeper change.

So I recently introduced three coaching options:

✨ A single session for clarity around a specific question or situation with pricing based on tired need.
✨ A monthly coaching rhythm for ongoing support and accountability
✨ The Health Alignment Journey for people who want to go deeper over time

At the heart of it, coaching simply creates space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.

If you’ve been feeling a little out of rhythm lately, I’d love to connect.

You can explore the coaching options here:

Session Rates I offer tiered pricing to keep this work sustainable while ensuring access to care. Please choose the rate that feels right for you. $50 — Access Rate This rate is offered to support access to a safe, non-judgmental listening space for those navigating financial constraints. This week I did something simple but powerful.

Instead of trying to “fix” one thing — my energy, my stress, my sleep — I stepped back and looked at the whole picture.

Sleep.
Stress load.
Healing.
Season.
Work rhythm.
Family dynamics.

When I saw everything at once, something softened.

There wasn’t one dramatic problem.

There was accumulation.

And accumulation requires compassion, not control.

So often we zoom in on one symptom and assume something is wrong.

But sometimes nothing is wrong.
You’re just carrying a lot.

If you’ve been feeling off lately, try this:

Before changing anything…
Zoom out.

What are all the factors influencing you right now?

Sometimes awareness alone shifts your nervous system.

This is where I start with clients — not with restriction or overhaul, but with perspective.

If this resonates, check out this acticle. 💛

March in Minnesota is such an in-between season.

The snow is melting outside my dining room window, but it’s still freezing at night.

That’s kind of how life feels right now too.

I’ve been thinking a lot about what happens after we allow things to be what they are — instead of trying to fix them immediately.

I wrote a reflection this week about noticing without judging. About slow thawing. About healing not being linear.

If this season feels muddy or messy for you, you’re not alone.

Lately I’ve been sitting with the idea of living in the both/and.

Feeling nervous and excited.
Stretched and hopeful.
Holding responsibility and new beginnings at the same time.

Instead of trying to “fix” that tension, I’ve been drawing two overlapping circles and asking:
What feels heavy?
What feels hopeful?
What’s being formed in the overlap?

I shared the full reflection on Substack this week and created a simple printable for those who want to go deeper.

If this season feels like a both/and for you too, you’re not alone.

What are you holding right now?
