At Recovery Community Network, every contribution fuels real change. Today we are thrilled to announce a $7,000 donation from Tee It Up for the Troops / St. Cloud MN —an organization dedicated to supporting veterans and community causes through golf events and philanthropy. This generous support will help us expand access to recovery resources, peer support, and community connection. We are truly grateful for this partnership and for everyone who makes our work possible.

A lot is happening across Minnesota right now in the world of peer recovery and substance use services. Times like these remind us why Recovery Community Organizations (RCOs) exist in the first place.

Peer recovery is about relationships, accountability, lived experience, and walking alongside people as they build meaningful, self-directed lives in recovery. When done with integrity, transparency, and strong supervision, it saves lives and strengthens communities.

At Recovery Community Network, we remain committed to ethical peer support, responsible stewardship of resources, and collaboration with our partners across Central Minnesota. We are proud of our peers, grateful for our community, and grounded in the belief that recovery is real — and possible — for everyone.

We are deeply thankful to the funders and supporters whose investment allows peer recovery support to remain free to individuals:

• Minnesota Department of Human Services – Cultural Recovery Community Organization Grant, supporting culturally informed peer recovery services for Spanish-speaking, Somali-speaking, and Native American community members
• Minnesota Department of Human Services – State Opioid Response Grant, supporting peer recovery services for Veterans
• Medica Rural Health Grant, expanding peer recovery support in Hutchinson and McLeod County
• Central Minnesota Community Foundation – Women’s Fund, supporting women transitioning from the justice system
• Shoot For the Troops and Tee It Up For the Troops, whose continued support strengthens recovery pathways for Veterans and their families
• Many corporate partners and individual donors who believe in recovery and make this work possible

Because of this collective support, our work goes beyond one-to-one peer recovery. Our team is out in the community every day — hosting and supporting recovery-focused events, tabling at community gatherings, speaking at conferences, educating partners, and building connections that reduce stigma and expand access to recovery.

Walk-ins are always welcome.
