Do you struggle with dry hair and scalp this time of year? Or maybe all year round like me 🙈. Try this natural leaving in conditioner recipe.
*1 cup aloe Vera juice
*2 tablespoons your favorite conditioner (I recommend the young living vanilla conditioner it’s amazing)
*2 tablespoons avocado oil
*5 drops lavender essential oil
*5 drops cedar wood essential oil.

This can be used of damp or dry hair for an extra moisture boost with ingredients you know and feel good about using.

🔥hot tip, finish with the mirah lustrous hair oil🔥

Apparently it’s the first snow fall of the season! Not to say I’m excited about that, however! It’s giving me those warm cozy vibes! For the perfect fall diffuser combo use:

Anybody else’s kiddos struggle with separation anxiety? Emerson started preschool about a month ago. It’s so hard as a parent to walk away from them as they beg for you, but you know it’s what’s best for them. I’ve found that putting Valor on him each morning helps him feel more grounded and secure. 😌🙏🏻
