Simplicity Health is proud to welcome two new providers to our clinic, Amanda Paradis, PA-C and Benjamin Hageman, PA-C!
Amanda joins Simplicity Health with 9 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in Primary Care. She graduated from MSU-Moorhead with a bachelor’s degree in biology with an emphasis in Health and Medical Sciences. She then went on to obtain her Masters from Bethel University in St. Paul Minnesota.
Amanda went into family medicine because she enjoys seeing patients of all ages. “Working in family medicine allows me to see patients at all stages and walks of life, while learning their stories. One of the most rewarding parts of my job, is growing alongside the patient.” She especially enjoys managing care for newborns and children, as well as women’s health. She also performs office-based procedures such as joint injections, mole/skin lesion removals, ear piercing etc.
When not working, Amanda enjoys the Great Outdoors – lakes, hiking, camping, etc. – and spending time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
Ben Hageman completed his PA graduate studies at Bethel University and has practiced full-time family medicine since 2019. Ben’s favorite aspect of primary care is the opportunity to empower patients to take charge of their health and support them in their journey. His clinical interests include acute care diagnostics and management, chronic disease management from all walks of life, and in-office skin and joint procedures. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Ben grew up in central Minnesota and was drawn to Simplicity Health because of their commitment to a provider-patient relationship, expanding medical care options to the St. Cloud area, and its track-record for excellence. Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife, three sons, and family and friends. Some of his hobbies include going to “the lake,” hunting whitetails, woodworking, tennis, gaming, “nerding” out, and reading and writing fantasy novels.
Welcome Amanda and Ben! We look forward to all you will bring to our patient community!
