Finding Ground Together: A Guided Practice for Steadiness, Connection, and Care In Action
Many people in our community are feeling unsettled, helpless, angry, exhausted, or overwhelmed by what’s happening around us.
This is a free gathering to support our community in finding ground – a place to steady ourselves and find our footing, together.
Shanti teacher and mind-body resilience educator Mollee Sheehan will share simple practices designed to:
-steady our bodies and hearts
-feel more grounded and supported
-reconnect with a sense of inner and shared strength
-and remember that we are not alone
After the practice, participants are invited to stay and write postcards of support, care, and belonging to the people in our community who are most impacted right now. All are welcome. No yoga experience necessary.
Free-will donations will be accepted and delivered to two local nonprofits working to support our neighbors who are most impacted.
