An easy pregnancy. A complicated birth. And a newborn who needed immediate, lifesaving care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Baby Stella’s arrival didn’t go as planned. For 20 days, the Gorecki Guest House became home for parents Michelle and Nathan while their daughter received care in the CentraCare – St. Cloud Hospital NICU.

Did you know? 🤔 St. Cloud Hospital's annual light tradition goes back decades, just like the Christmas manger scene displayed on Sixth Avenue. The manger and nativity scene that is currently in use has been at St. Cloud Hospital since 1989. A more primitive scene adorned the hospital lawn in years past, as shown here in December 1968. That December was the second snowiest ever on record with 25.4 inches of snow!
