As promised on Wednesday, here are some study tips for finals since the fall semester is wrapping up. We are so proud of you for having an awesome semester and showing fellow SCSU students that it’s cool to be sober.

Finals can nerve wracking, but hopefully these tips make them a little less stress inducing.
Finish strong and have an awesome end of the semester.

Remember you made it this far in the semester. Do not give up now. Finish strong. The fact you are in college and in recovery speaks volumes to your character. On Friday, we will have study tips for the pesky finals.

The Recovery Resource Center will like a to wish students an amazing fall break/Thanksgiving break. Enjoy time with family and away from classes. Remember to stay safe as well and to reach out if you need help. Make sure you have a game plan on leaving family parties. It's a good idea to have at least one person to call in order to go to a meeting. Stay safe and have a good fall break.
