National Caregivers Day is a time to recognize and honor caregivers and their critical contributions to our families, communities, and healthcare system.

In 2025, there were 63 million unpaid family caregivers in the United States, according to research by AARP. This means that more than one in five Americans are providing care for loved ones with chronic conditions, disabilities, or aging needs. Unpaid caregiving services are valued at more than $870 billion annually.

We share our sincere appreciation for the dedication and compassion of professional and family caregivers who provide support and care to others.

Acts of kindness trigger feel-good hormones like oxytocin, dopamine, and serotonin, which can lower stress and boost your mood.

What small action can you take today to spread a little kindness?
