St. Croix Health QuickCare is open on December 27 and January 3!

St. Croix Health QuickCare is a walk-in, acute-care clinic for minor illnesses and injuries. Patients who need to see a provider, but are not experiencing life-threatening conditions, are able to walk into QuickCare without an appointment to be seen by one of our providers. If your QuickCare provider determines that you need a higher level of care, you will be referred to the emergency room for further evaluation.

St. Croix Health's QuickCare is located at our St. Croix Falls Clinic. Patients check in on the first floor and are seen on the second floor. QuickCare visits are billed as clinic appointments (not as urgent care visits).

Freshen up your holiday menu with this flavorful salad! Use your favorite dried fruits and nuts for a salad customized to your taste!

Easy Holiday Salad Recipe
12 oz. salad greens
1 c. pecan halves (or walnuts, almonds)
¾ c. dried cranberries (cherries, raisins)
4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
3 medium Honeycrisp apples (slice/dice and place in a plastic bag with a few squeezes of lemon juice)

Apple Cider Vinaigrette Dressing
½ c. extra virgin olive oil
½ c. apple cider vinegar
¼ c. unsweetened apple juice/cider
2-3 tbsp. honey
Juice from half a lemon
½ teas. salt
Ground pepper to taste

Add all dressing ingredients to a mason jar and shake to combine. Toss salad with dressing right before eating.
