This integrated health system includes two family practice clinics, County Health Department and Sr. With clinics in Bird City and St. Francis, the providers and staff of Cheyenne County Hospital are committed to providing you with the highest quality care while ensuring both accessibility and affordability remain central to our services. We are fortunate to have our County Health Department in the basement of our Cheyenne County Clinic. Established in March of 1953, CCH has a proud history of meeting the medical needs of the tri-state area and stays committed to remaining the benchmark for rural medicine in Western Kansas. Join Cheyenne County Hospital CHNA Town Hall Thursday, April 9th, 2026.
To gauge the overall community health needs of residents, Cheyenne County Hospital, invites the public to participate in a Community Health Needs Assessment Town Hall roundtable on Thursday, April 9th for lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. located at the Quincy Room.
This event is being held to identify and prioritize the community health needs. Findings from this community discussion will also serve to fulfill both federal and state mandates.
To adequately prepare for this event, is vital everyone planning to attend this event RSVPs. Please visit our hospital website and social media sites to obtain the link to complete your RSVP OR please utilize the QR code below.

If you have not filled out a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) survey yet, we ask that you would take ten minutes and fill it out.
The results from this survey help us to look at the community health needs and what progress has been gained from recent surveys and areas that need to be looked into further.
The results will be shared at a community town hall on Thursday, April 9 in the Quincy room (109 N. Quincy) St. Francis. Come join us for lunch at 11:15 a.m.-1 p.m. and discuss the survey findings and identify unmet needs.
