The Role: We need an office superstar to help keep our wellness center running smoothly. You’ll be the first person our patients see and the organizational engine behind the scenes.

What you’ll be doing:

📞 Phones: Managing patient calls with a smile.
🗓️ Scheduling: keeping our providers booked and organized.
💼 Billing & Insurance: Verifying benefits and handling claims
🌿 Office Upkeep: Keeping our space welcoming and tidy.

Who you are:

You love the St. Francisville community.
You are comfortable with computers and numbers.
You can multitask without losing your cool.
