I’m also open to hear whether you’d like to incorporate yin yoga into the sound ceremony or leave that out this time.

We are doing something new! ✨ Join us for an outdoor full moon sound bath paired with some healing yin yoga. If you’ve never done yin before, I encourage you to give it a try! If you are familiar with this beautiful style of yoga, then you know all of the amazing healing benefits it offers.

Most of my yoga classes right now are free, but this special event does require a payment to reserve your spot. Being outside, we have space for a few more people than usual. 🌕
