If the war on opioids was real, they’d consider coverage of the Pharmacogenetics test for everyone. This genetic test shows how you, as an individual, metabolize medication. It would end the need for prescribers to dally with doses to find what works best. It would eliminate the need to keep adding medications to combat symptoms and side effects of them as well.

The updated recommendations seek to course correct after guidelines from 2016 were criticized for harshly limiting access to needed pain medication.

The Submissions Administrator is responsible for submitting patients to the appropriate party, entering notes in the database, and tracking the patient’s process until the consultation has been completed.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and results-driven. Computer literate and experience with Google Sheets and data entry strongly preferred. CRM experience is a plus!
