"Divorce therapy is only for people who can't handle it."

Actually, divorce therapy is for people who want to handle it well.

Divorce is one of life's biggest transitions. It affects your identity, your finances, your parenting, your relationships, and your sense of self. Seeking support during divorce isn't a sign of weakness—it's a sign of wisdom.

In my practice, I work with divorcing and post-divorcing people who want to:
- Navigate co-parenting with respect and clarity
- Process grief and loss without staying stuck
- Rebuild their identity and sense of purpose
- Learn skills to communicate effectively with their ex
- Heal from betrayal or conflict
- Model healthy coping for their kids

These are people who are choosing to move through divorce consciously, with support. They're not "unable to handle it"—they're choosing to handle it well.
