Anybody working on their ascension process, here is some valuable information especially if feeling stuck. Thinking if you could just get past this one demon, or if I ate better. Always an excuse for why you are not good enough to be and feel connected right now. The real answer is you already are good enough and are connected. Dont be so hard on yourself. Maybe that is what is keeping you "blocked"?

Hi, my name is Brian Blankenship and I am a spiritual awakening coach/energy healer. I have been on this path basically my whole life, however I have been focused on making it a career and concentrating on learning different modalities since 2015. It began then when I started using different psychedelics such as mushrooms, ayahuasca, and pe**te in sacred healing ceremonies. This gave me insights and experience beyond the veil which solidified for me that there is much more than meets the eye in our everyday reality.
After those initial experiences in 2016 I began to focus on Ayahuasca and for 2 years began training to become an Ayahuasca shaman. Over that time I would consume the medicine at least a couple of times a week. During these experiences I was able to work through a lot of my issues and discover what was holding me back from being the best version of myself. I was able to see and relive some of my past experiences and navigate my subconscious mind learning my strengths and weaknesses. Through my years of training I was then shown that all of this access/information is available to us through more natural ways that do not include ingesting any substance that alters your mind. In fact I was shown and told there are better/safer ways that this can be accomplished. Since 2019 I have been learning these other techniques and have not touched the psychedelic medicines since. I was shown different techniques such as breathing, yoga, theta healing, reiki, shamballa, and sound which are ancient techniques that humanity has forgotten. I was told its time for these techniques to be โre-discoveredโ and brought to the mainstream for the awakening that is coming to the planet.
What I believe is that we are spiritual beings having a human experience, and that our thoughts and emotions help us manifest our reality. This is something that most of humanity has forgotten over time and we have all been doing this by default for 1000โs of years. Our subconscious mind has taken the lead in this since then and our conscious mind has been helping with our emotional reactions as well as what we are thinking about all day. Our subconscious mind has been recording every single experience that we have had along with anything negative that has ever happened or been said to us. This creates beliefs and thought patterns that are now constantly running in the background, even things that our conscious mind is unaware of.
With Theta healing part of what I am able to do is access those patters and beliefs that your subconscious mind is processing. I am then able to test what those beliefs and patterns are. If they are not what you want them to be, we can then reprogram them to what they should be for optimal results. These negative subconscious beliefs can and will lead to disease that manifest in your daily life. I am able to research the disease and see what negative beliefs cause it to manifest for you. We can then reprogram them and with a little work and education on mindfulness have them go into remission and disappear. This goes for any disease! You can research Vianna Stibal theta healing as she has been using this technique and has 1000โs of documented cases of this over the last 40-50 years. Including herself and many others with cancer and all sorts of other ailments. I have been using this technique since 2019 and learned from Jamie Lu (https://loverising.earth/) who is a well known healer residing in the San Francisco bay area.
