Nancy R Davis, CFNP offers medical weight loss programs based on extensive medical research. She will personally care for you, with an individualized approach for your weight loss needs. Achieving healthy long-term weight loss
The main goal at my clinic is to encourage you to develop new and better eating habits. Instead, I guide you to help make healthy choices until you have reached your goal weight, then I will continue to assist you with a program to maintain your success. Additionally, I offer prescription appetite suppressants. These medications aid in the weight loss process by curbing your desire to eat more than you should. They also help speed up your metabolism, helping you to burn more calories and reduce your percentage of body fat, and BMI. How do I get started? Your initial visit with me will be approximately 45 minutes and requires an appointment. This visit includes a history and physical exam. You will receive a diet consultation, and a prescription of medication, if appropriate. A vitamin B12 shot will be given at each visit. Lab work will be ordered if it has not been done within the past 6 months. How much will it cost? The fee for your initial plan will be $120.00. Every plan is individualized and developed with the goal of achieving the greatest long term results. Follow up visits are every two weeks or monthly.
