CRPS Is Hard Enough — Your Crutches Shouldn’t Make It Harder

CRPS brings burning pain, hypersensitivity, swelling, and days when even standing feels impossible. Traditional crutches often make things worse with hard grips, rigid frames, and shock that travels straight into already‑overwhelmed nerves.

in-Motion crutches were built to change that!

✨ Shock‑absorbing support
✨ Ergonomic, nerve‑friendly grips
✨ Articulating tips for stability
✨ Lightweight, adjustable frames
✨ Better posture + less strain

They can’t erase CRPS, but they can make movement safer, smoother, and less painful — helping you reclaim confidence and independence one step at a time.

We take our health for granted until suddenly it is gone.

We help people suffering from diseases like TM find mobility to regain some of their lost freedom to move!

Malcolm recently shared with us part of his journey battling Transverse Myelitis (TM).

"I was diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis (a disease related to MS) back in 2017. At the time I could only request one piece of medical equipment and since I still wasn't able to properly stand and walk so I got a wheelchair.

For about 3 years many areas of my home and property were inaccessible. I tried renting crutches as I got stronger but they were always uncomfortable or didn't feel quite right.

I also was not supposed to use them without physical therapy, but I was tired of not being able to reach some areas.

When I got a medical pump and started getting a lot stronger, I ordered a set of Millennial Medical crutches from Amazon because I liked that the grips were ergonomic and the lower posts were spring assisted.

From the start without any actual assistance, I was comfortable and confident with their use. They didn't hurt my shoulders as I used them and felt more natural than walking with what I can only describe as a stick with other crutches.

Even my therapist was surprised I was able to take to them as quickly as I did. A year later after the pump had failed 4 times, I had gained enough strength to continue using the crutches with limited use, which was all I needed anyway, and with only a few minor adjustments have been very in keeping me from being stuck in my chair.

Out of all the personal investments I've had to make because of my disease, I would have to say that these have definitely been the best one!"

Some stories aren’t about giving up… they’re about finally finding something that gives you more of your life back.

Jen recently submitted her story of her condition and how she came to find the life changing comfort of the in-Motion forearm crutches.

"I have been battling effects (including neurological) from severe toxic mold exposure and the mycotoxins it produces for over a decade.

I have almost permanent foot drop, and when conditions are favorable to mold (like any wet air, and now multiple chemicals, to***co smoke, smoke, scents, etc.) my legs will go spastic/stiff, stop listening to my brain, or my body will even tremor.

I have a service dog, but even he can only do so much.

When I need total weight bearing, I have relied on the classic medical supply forearm crutches…until recently when my hands (even in gloves and crutch grip, even with new tips) had enough.

I watched a YouTube review of Millennial Medical forearm crutches by and she even convinced me to try the spring and rigid post bundle, which comes with both the rigid lower posts for when I need more support and spring lower posts that save my elbows from impact. I can switch the lower posts to match the support I want.

This also means I can disassemble them by removing the lower posts for easier transportation.

I was skeptical of the articulating tips at first, but the grip of the tips is a game changer compared to the classic crutch. The ergonomic handles are a welcome change to my hands and wrists. The two different cuff sizes are nice as I can use the larger size if I wear layers.

I waited to review until I could fully test the crutches, and they have outperformed my expectations!"

Know someone tall who needs crutches?

Most crutches max out around 6'6". But if you're 6'6"+, you're basically out of luck... well, unless you know about the in-Motion underarm crutches!

in-Motion crutches extend up to 7'1" (yes, really!) and they're the most comfortable crutches you'll find.

Check out this real review from a happy customer:

"My son has an injured hip and is scheduled for a hip replacement. He is 6’10 and the regular crutches did not work. He uses one crutch to get around.

This product is amazing and worked perfectly for his tall stature. The adjustments are easy to use and adjust to his height and the breakdown feature is a bonus.

We went on a vacation and flew on a plane recently and his crutch fit just fine in the overhead bins.

We usually waited until everyone had their stuff in the bin and we would put the crutch on top.

This is a great product especially for tall people. Thank you!!!!"

The secret? It's all in the design:
🔹 Shock Absorption: A patented spring-loaded base for a smoother stride.
🔹 Anatomical Grips: No more "kinked" wrists or carpal tunnel symptoms.

Another shout out from a new raving fan that has found their "go to crutches" as they manage their daily mobility challenges! Here is what Heather wrote:

"My new go to style of crutch!

I have hip dysplasia and have had two hip surgeries and one femur surgery in a small amount of time. I went with these crutches he’s based off feedback from others who had the same types of surgery.

I will forever recommend these crutches to anyone who needs surgery or is looking for a stable and reliable mobility aid they can turn to when they need a little extra help around.

These crutches caused me zero pain underneath my armpits during the 5-6 months I used them. They are excellent for getting around and also leaning your weight on when you get tired."
