After decades of compassionate care, mentorship, and leadership, Dr. Jerry Twiggs—the founder of Dixie Pediatrics and the very first pediatrician in St. George, Utah—is retiring. Since opening his doors in 1988, he has shaped the lives of countless families and helped build the foundation of pediatric care in our region.

We’re collecting messages of thanks, favorite memories, and stories that reflect the heart, humor, and dedication Dr. Twiggs brought to our community. Whether it’s a moment of kindness, a clinical pearl, or a laugh you’ll never forget, we’d be honored if you shared it with us.
