The full moon gets all the attention -
but what happens after is just as important.
The days following a full moon can feel like subtle ripples through the nervous system. Sleep may feel lighter. Emotions can feel closer to the surface. You might feel wired, tired, or just a little “off.”
This isn’t a setback. It’s integration.
After a peak phase, the body shifts from stimulation into recalibration. That transition can temporarily feel uncomfortable - but it’s part of the natural rhythm of regulation and repair.
This is not the time to push harder.
It’s the time to support gently.
Think warmth, minerals, slower evenings, deeper breathing, and less sensory overload. When the nervous system feels safe again, sleep and energy follow.
Healing is rhythmic - just like the moon.
Expansion, release, restoration.
If you’re feeling the ripples this week, you’re not behind.
Your body is simply coming back into balance 🤍
