JOB SUMMARY
Hope Rising Detox and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility located in New Harmony. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in treatment settings, and has a compassionate approach to client care. This role involves managing and training staff, coordinating clients daily schedule, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for our clients. The Residential House Manager plays the vital role of keeping the house running smooth for our clients and their staff that works directly with them, as well as working with on-site clinicians, case managers and medical team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily operations of the residential facility, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
Supervise and support staff, including training and performance evaluations
Develop and implement client and staff schedules
Oversee client self-administration medication process and work with medical providers throughout any medication/medical concerns
Maintain compliance with state, health and joint commission regulations
Oversee budgeting and operational management to ensure sustainability and quality of the house
Foster a positive environment that promotes resident well-being, safety, and engagement
Handle resident concerns and family communications professionally and compassionately
Handle on-call manager responsibilities, keeping appropriate communication flowing to the correct departments.
EXPERIENCE
Prior experience in treatment settings is highly desirable
Demonstrated supervisory or management experience
Experience working with adults with substance use disorder is highly desirable
Knowledge of creating and managing schedules
Experience in operations management within a household setting
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively
Familiarity with medication administration protocols and healthcare regulations
Knowledge of budgeting/planning
Strong communication skills and ability to work with several different departments

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,680.00 - $47,840.00 per year
