Embracing Me: Coming Home to Self is a therapist-designed, trauma-informed, two-day intensive for women who are ready to stop surviving and start listening inward.

This is about reconnecting with Self —
the calm, grounded, confident presence beneath the noise, the roles, and the expectations.

Through IFS practices, somatic yoga, guided embodiment, and creative expression, we learn to:
• honor the parts that learned to survive
• restore trust in your inner knowing
• experience healing in your body — not just your head
• be held in real, honest sisterhood
