How often you plunge should depend on how your body responds, your sleep, energy, recovery, and stress levels all matter.

Consistency matters more than pushing for a number.

Use this as a general guide, not a rule. Start where it feels sustainable, adjust as needed, and listen to the signals your body gives you.

Progress comes from awareness, not extremes.
