Laura brings over 18 years of medical experience together with yoga, breathwork, and holistic practices that support nervous system regulation and embodied healing. Her work is rooted in choice, awareness, and respect for each person’s timing.

Caregivers deserve spaces where they can slow down, reconnect, and restore without pressure. Free Will Transformation helps create that space.

If you’re planning to attend, please respond to the Facebook event so we can prepare accordingly.

If you can’t be there in person, you can still participate. Donation links will be shared inside the Facebook event and during the live event that evening.

Jaime and Garrett support families navigating independent living, assisted living, and memory care with clarity, compassion, and honesty. They help caregivers understand their options, costs, and next steps so decisions can be made with confidence rather than crisis.

At a night dedicated to supporting caregivers, they are here to educate, listen, and remind families that they are not alone.

We are grateful for their heart for caregivers and the guidance they bring to our community.
