Blood plasmas flow through every organ and system of the body carrying vital substances and removing waste. CranioSacral Therapy - The CranioSacral rhythm is the pump for the cerebrospinal fluid similar to the heart being a pump for the blood. The CranioSacral rhythm creates a hydraulic effect that slightly expands and contracts the cranial bones and sacrum, and similar to a wave, moves fluid through the brain and spinal cord. Cerebrospinal fluid cushions and provides protection to the brain and spinal cord and provides nutrients and removes waste from your body’s main processing center - the central nervous system.

Lymphatic Drainage - Lymphatic fluid’s primary role is fluid balance and immune transport. It helps remove waste products and extra fluid from tissues and carries fats and immune cells through the body. The lymphatic system is the body’s waste disposal system and if it becomes sluggish or blocked, it can lead to serious health issues.

Foot Zone Therapy- Foot Zone Therapy uses precise massage techniques on the feet to communicate to every cell in the body. The zone encourages fluids, cells, and tissues to regenerate from their imbalanced state to their original healthy state, bringing the body back into balance at the cellular level.

Medi-cupping - Medi-cupping lifts and separates tissues with gentle suction and encourages the movement of stagnant fluids and toxins. It can increase lymphatic circulation and drainage while reducing swelling in the affected area.
