If you’ve walked the deck, grabbed a towel, turned on a light, opened a door, or admired the landscaping…

You’ve experienced the work of Oscar Gomez.

Oscar is our facilities extraordinaire and truly, there is nothing he can’t do.

Over the last 25 years, he’s changed light bulbs, fixed pool pumps, installed gym equipment, kept everything spotless, solved mysterious “how did that even break?” situations and somehow still shows up each day with a calm presence and a genuine smile.

Managing Partner Eric Chesky shares:

“Oscar’s dedication, loyalty, willingness to learn and grow, work ethic, and initiative have set him apart at an unsurpassed level. His body of work toward making HSNV a better product is unmatched.
