A new offering at Haught Yoga, to warm and brighten the cold days!

Come in and relax on a massage table with a Biomat! A Biomat is an amethyst and tourmaline laden infrared mat that has benefits similar to a sauna.

For 30 minutes, enjoy the warmth and comfort with an added foot, hand/arm and head, neck and shoulder focus. Call it a Thai yoga savasana!

For the month of November these 30 minute escapes are $25!

Beginning December 1st they will be $30.

Also December 1st, 1 hour Thai yoga massages will increase to $60.

If you haven't experienced a Thai yoga massage or a savasana adjustment, well you're missing out, let's get you scheduled!

The two part workshop will be offered twice in November!
Thursday evenings November 7th & 14th 6:30pm-8pm
and
Sunday afternoons November 3rd & 10th 4-5:30

The investment for the group workshop is $39.99.
