Tribal Health, of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes, provides a rich network of health care services, from facilities located across the Flathead Reservation, to eligible recipients. Tribal Health invites you to learn more about our improved Tribal Health Centers and services. Our promise to you: We are dedicated to helping every Tribal Health recipient receive high-quality health care grounded in our Tribal values. Tribal Health serves over 12,000 recipients, and employs around 300 personnel, with facilities across the Flathead Reservation. To get started, first get established as a Tribal Health recipient:

• Tribal Health services are available to enrolled tribal members of a federally recognized Tribe or any generation of Tribal Descendancy. What Tribal Health needs to establish eligibility for services:
• Name
• Address
• Proof of Tribal Affiliation (any degree)
• Consent to services
• Emergency contact information

What people can expect from Tribal Health:
• Highest quality customer service provided by well-trained staff
• Notice of privacy practices
• Review of Tribal Health recipient rights and responsibilities

Food Card or Voucher Support
The Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes will not let you go hungry. We have community outreach in the following locations beginning at 9 AM Monday, (11/3/25 from 9 AM – 3 PM.) Food Cards and Vouchers will be issued once your information has been verified by the Office of Public Assistance (OPA).

To receive help, please go to one of these centers.

Who is Eligible?
SNAP Recipients with at least one CSKT enrolled Tribal Member in your household (for instance, this could be an enrolled child with non-enrolled guardians, or an enrolled parent and non-enrolled family members).
***Bring a valid ID and your SNAP account number***

When Eligibility Begins?
You are eligible to receive CSKT SNAP Response Support on or after the date that your SNAP Benefits are NOT loaded on your EBT card for November.

Important Update for TH Arlee Health Center Medical Patients📢

Starting the week of November 3rd, 2025, the Arlee Health Center will be open Tuesday through Friday. Medical Clinic hours on each day will remain the same.

To better meet the needs of our community, we're adjusting our staffing to ensure timely, high-quality care continues.

If you have an appointment scheduled on a Monday after November 3rd, our team will contact you to reschedule.
