So hard to believe but on February 17th, 2026 we will begin our 4th year in business serving our patients and community. Barb and I can’t thank you all enough for all the support and encouragement we’ve received over the years. From our families to our amazing staff, we couldn’t have done this without you. I had the privilege of attending Phelps County day at our Missouri State Capitol building today. Great listening to the governor, attorney general, Secretary of State, DNR, Economic Development, Lieutenant Governor, Senator Justin Brown and Representatives Tara Peters and Benny Cook! Thank you for your hardwork and giving us a little insight into all that is going on in the great state of Missouri and our country.

We LOVE our St James Caring Center

In December local businesses joined together to support the St. James Caring Center food pantry. Primary food suppliers have reduced deliveries by 40% creating food resource gaps for local families. We introduced a program called "Keep the Cheer Here" with coin collection boxes placed in several business locations, and other businesses pledged a match, raising $625 in two weeks time.

Just a reminder that the pharmacy will be closing at 3 this afternoon and will be closed January 1st. We’d like to wish all our patients a very happy new year and we can’t wait to serve your health care needs in 2026!

Just a reminder that deductibles will start over January 1st so if you’d like to get a refill and it’s not too early come see us this week! We will also be returning any prescriptions that haven’t been picked up from before December 15th so if you called your refills in earlier this month make sure you pick them up before January 1st!
