Just a reminder that deductibles will start over January 1st so if you’d like to get a refill and it’s not too early come see us this week! We will also be returning any prescriptions that haven’t been picked up from before December 15th so if you called your refills in earlier this month make sure you pick them up before January 1st! As of Friday of this week our phones will be switched to an IVR system. We strive to provide the best patient experience so you’ll be able to call in your refill numbers and if you still require personal assistance you can press the appropriate option and we’ll gladly answer. Tara Peters, one of Missouri’s outstanding representatives, was able to stop by our pharmacy and meet with me and Bryan Brooks from Sinks Pharmacy. We had a very good visit talking about PBM reform and how it is affecting small businesses in Missouri. Thank you very much Tara for visiting with us and all you do for the people of Missouri!
