Help your kids transition from the carefree days of summer to the excitement of a new school year! Each 60-minute class blends fun movement, mindful breathing, playful games, and creative crafts to help kids feel calm, confident, and connected.
As the school year begins, kids can experience big feelings—excitement, nervousness, or even overwhelm. Yoga gives them the tools to:
