Thanksgiving Day was created as a time for the nation to pause and offer sincere gratitude to God for His provision, protection, and blessings. In 1789, George Washington issued the first national Thanksgiving Proclamation, inviting Americans to unite in humbly acknowledging God’s hand in establishing the new nation and guiding its future.

Today we do the same.

She tore her ACL… but she never let it tear her spirit.

Week after week, she showed up. Some days were heavy, some victories were small, but she kept choosing the hard work, the patience, and the belief that better days were coming.

And now—seven months later—she’s beginning to feel it. The strength. The confidence. The joy of being back in the gym, doing what she loves, and seeing the fruits of her hard work.

This isn’t just a comeback.
It’s proof of what happens when grit meets heart.

She’s only getting started. 💙💪✨

“Be a Santa to a Senior”. We’ve partnered with Home Instead to offer isolated or low-income seniors in our community a gift. You can take an ornament from the tree, purchase the requested item and return the unwrapped gift to us before December 8. If you’d like to participate, stop by our Cedar Lake location.

Our hearts are heavy today. Yesterday our friend, former patient, and TriCore "model", Craig Porter, passed away. He was the loving dad of Karissa, our long time PTA. Craig faced his battles with courage, humor, and a quiet strength that left an impact on everyone who knew him.

While we grieve, we’re also grateful for the hope that this isn’t the end of his story. Our prayers and deepest love go out to his wife Mary, Karissa and the rest of the Porter family
