Valentine’s Day has a way of amplifying things.

For some, it feels sweet.
For others, it feels heavy.
For many, it quietly highlights the places where we are still waiting to be chosen.

But what if love was never something meant to arrive from outside of you?

What if love is not a destination, not a relationship status, not a bouquet of roses
but a remembrance?

A remembrance of who you truly are.

Before the conditioning.
Before the heartbreak.
Before the roles you stepped into to survive.
Before you learned to shrink to be loved.

Self-love is not indulgence.
It is not ego.
It is not selfishness.

It is sovereignty.

It is honoring your growth.
It is choosing to stay with yourself.
It is reclaiming your voice.
It is claiming your healing.
