I do AMA Deus Shamanic healing, mediumship and Reiki in one session.. just to be clear..

If you would like a “silent session” just let me know before we start! A silent session is where I do not speak to you at all during the process and you meditate while the healing is being done. 🙂

My favorite is going with the flow… I am a channeler by nature (and trauma ha!)and it’s just more organic unfoldment for me to just wing it 🙂‍↔️🪽 why do you think they have wings anyways…. ♥️♥️♥️

Ground and shield yourself today especially if you are in contact with rude people that use gaslighting, extreme irritability,and manipulation tactics as a way of “communicating.”Thier irritability is going to be at an all time high this weekend. Good luck if you need to breathe around them, it’s going to p**s them off! 😑 stonewalling is also a favorite tool they use….

Grounding is done by making contact with nature with bare feet, or visualizing roots coming out of your bum and going deep into the earths core.. inhale peace

Shielding is imagining a gold bubble of light around you and commanding you will not be picking up anyone else’s war within themselves. You return negativity back to sender and stay in your happy place.

You can not live like this..

Someone sees you as someone they can grow old and mature with due to your independent life you have built for yourself. They want to be a part of your security and stability. They view you as fearless, peaceful, intriguingly transparent and down to earth, an equal of total opposites if you will… the list is LONG…. They have never had so many reasons of admiration toward another person before… you !
