We’ve still got a couple open spots for Skincare & Savasana TONIGHT at 6pm!! Come chat over a glass of bubbly with our friend, member, and licensed aesthetician Valentina Stepanova about generalized skincare products and practices, receive individual evaluations and advice, and pick up some samples to try at home! We’ll ultimately apply face masks and settle in on our mats to experience a dreamy yoga nidra, giving both our skin and our minds the rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation we all need!

LAST CHANCE to sign up for our next Embodied Art Workshop this Saturday at 2:30pm, during which we’ll meditate and discuss what this month’s posture, CROW POSE, brings up for us, individually and collectively, and then create collages to help us remember that we can FLY!!

No art or yoga skills required! Perhaps crow pose is one of your favorites and makes you feel strong and belief in yourself; you might create a collage to represent those feelings, so you can tap into them off of your mat. Or maybe crow pose isn’t in your practice; this could be an excellent opportunity to explore why or why not, without judgment or expectation, and conquer whatever fear or doubt might be holding you back!

Registration deadline is 3pm TOMORROW, due to the need to buy materials beforehand, so sign up NOW under Workshops!

So many of our friends and fellow yogis showed up (some even taking the day off work) to take her amazing YogaTone class, which was so fun we *almost* forgot how hard it was!! THURSDAY MORNING YOGIS!! We’ve got a BIG announcement for you!!

Starting TOMORROW, the muy bellissima Adelita will be the regular teacher for Thursday 9:30am YogaTone EVERY WEEK!! In case you missed it, Adela’s Saturday morning YogaHIIT is one of our most popular classes, so this is a HUGE treat to get her on the schedule twice a week now!! I (Caia) am grateful and excited to hand this super-fun class off to my sassy amiga - you’ll see me often on my mat next to you!!!

Our Story

Hot Spot Power Yoga is THE HOT SPOT for Yoga in Jacksonville! We offer Baptiste Power Yoga classes for all levels, so whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will feel right at home at our studios. We have 4 studio locations for our clients to go between. Our teachers are dedicated to see each student grow and to facilitate a healthy environment for all to flourish.

In addition to providing classes seven days a week, we offer several Transformational Programs such as the 21 Day Cleanse, 40 Days to Personal Revolution, Life Transformation Program - a 200 hour RYT Teacher Training Program. In between our classes and workshops, you can expect a total transformation in your body, your way of thinking, and the way you approach life! We offer kids yoga workshops as well as specialty classes like prenatal yoga and Restorative Yoga. Our community is vibrant and the only missing piece is you!

The entire Hot Spot Team has been dedicated to bringing Baptiste Power Yoga to the city of Jacksonville since 2011. Each instructor at Hot Spot is passionate and dedicated to offering a challenging and compassionate class where you will build strength, gain flexibility, quiet your mind, and nourish your soul.
