Our greatest marketing tool has always been good old fashioned word of mouth: a member invites their friend to come to yoga with them, then that friend becomes a member and shares the yoga with their friend, and so on. We’ve been asked before if we have a referral program to encourage this, but we’ve never really needed anything like that. When you discover something you love, you want to share it! The reward has always been having your friend (new or old) practicing on the mat next to you, connecting in community, and experiencing all the wonderful benefits that yoga provides - TOGETHER!

However, we want you, our community members, to know that we see you loving and supporting us, and for that, we are endlessly grateful. You are the ones who fill our studio each and every day; without you, we’d just be a hot, empty room.

With that, we are excited to announce our GRATITUDE INITIATIVE as a way to say THANK YOU for helping us grow our community! Set your alarm clocks, because we’ve got a new teacher waking up early to RISE & SHINE with you every Wednesday at 6am!! Friends & yogis, please welcome Carla Bova to our teaching team, and come flow with her!!

Carla and her husband Danny have recently relocated to the St. Johns area from Ohio, and the moment they rolled out their mats in our studio, it was obvious that they had found their people. Together they offer online and private classes at , and let’s not forget about inversions! These 2 yogis might like standing on their hands as much or more than on their feet, and they can help you do it too!!

Happy Sunday, all you quackers!! Just a reminder that we open the doors to the studio 30 minutes before class, so please plan ahead and arrive early to check in and settle into the space. Out of respect for everyone’s time, we do our very best to start class ON TIME, at which point the doors will be LOCKED. Don’t get stuck on the wrong side of the door!!!

Jeremy Weinglass & Caia are at it again, but we’ve got a new twist on our yoga + live piano collaboration!!

Join us Friday, May 8th at 6pm for The Color Connection: A Yoga & Sound Healing Experience! We’ll begin with a slow, gentle yoga flow to get into our bodies (and out of our heads), with live piano accompaniment, and ultimately settle into a guided savasana, during which Jeremy will play his original pieces, taking us on a journey through the colors of the rainbow! Additionally, during savasana, Caia will guide you through a series of affirmations specifically written and paired with each and every color! This is a truly special combination - come immerse yourself in yoga, meditation, music and community!!!

Hot Spot Power Yoga is THE HOT SPOT for Yoga in Jacksonville! We offer Baptiste Power Yoga classes for all levels, so whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will feel right at home at our studios. We have 4 studio locations for our clients to go between. Our teachers are dedicated to see each student grow and to facilitate a healthy environment for all to flourish.

In addition to providing classes seven days a week, we offer several Transformational Programs such as the 21 Day Cleanse, 40 Days to Personal Revolution, Life Transformation Program - a 200 hour RYT Teacher Training Program. In between our classes and workshops, you can expect a total transformation in your body, your way of thinking, and the way you approach life! We offer kids yoga workshops as well as specialty classes like prenatal yoga and Restorative Yoga. Our community is vibrant and the only missing piece is you!

The entire Hot Spot Team has been dedicated to bringing Baptiste Power Yoga to the city of Jacksonville since 2011.
