APRIL FOOLS!!! Did we get you?!?

FYI, you won’t be finding this yoga studio owner anywhere close to a snake on purpose, and if you do, let’s just say it won’t be a “yogic” experience. Root to Rise Power Yoga will NOT be offering Snake Yoga now or any time in the future, at least while I’m around. Apologies to those of you who were excited about the possibility…if this does interest you, we will be happy to help you find SOMEWHERE ELSE to sliver and savasana!! 🐍🧘‍♀️

ICYMI, we’re having a yoga baby!! Well, specifically CASSIE is having a baby, but we’re “it takes a village” (or studio) kind of people, so yes, we’re super excited to welcome baby boy Bergstrom to the world very soon!!

Cassie will be stepping back from teaching our Monday 9:30am Power YogaFlow class to prepare for and welcome their new arrival, which means her LAST scheduled class will be NEXT Monday, April 6! Let’s pack the studio with all the yogis, sweat, and love possible, and make their send-off one to remember!!

We love you Cassie, and we already love your happy baby too!! We can’t wait to meet him when you return from maternity leave!! 🤰👶🍼

Our Story

Hot Spot Power Yoga is THE HOT SPOT for Yoga in Jacksonville! We offer Baptiste Power Yoga classes for all levels, so whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will feel right at home at our studios. We have 4 studio locations for our clients to go between. Our teachers are dedicated to see each student grow and to facilitate a healthy environment for all to flourish.

In addition to providing classes seven days a week, we offer several Transformational Programs such as the 21 Day Cleanse, 40 Days to Personal Revolution, Life Transformation Program - a 200 hour RYT Teacher Training Program. In between our classes and workshops, you can expect a total transformation in your body, your way of thinking, and the way you approach life! We offer kids yoga workshops as well as specialty classes like prenatal yoga and Restorative Yoga. Our community is vibrant and the only missing piece is you!

The entire Hot Spot Team has been dedicated to bringing Baptiste Power Yoga to the city of Jacksonville since 2011. Each instructor at Hot Spot is passionate and dedicated to offering a challenging and compassionate class where you will build strength, gain flexibility, quiet your mind, and nourish your soul.
