Huge thank you to Teresa Taglione-Matthews for an incredible weekend of learning, nonstop positive vibes, and genuine encouragement—literally lifting me up when I needed it most.

Best of luck to my baseball athlete, , as he heads out to play for the University of West Florida! ⚾️💪

Today was our final tune-up before he takes the mound at the next level. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with this kid over the past two years.

From rehabbing his elbow to chasing that 90+ mph fastball, Eli has put in the work, stayed consistent, and trusted the process. Watching his growth—on and off the field—has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey.

Pitchers have always held a special place in my heart since my JUCO days at Chattahoochee Valley as an ATC, and this one’s no different.

Go get it, Eli! Proud of you and excited to see what’s next. 🎯🔥

Grateful beyond words for the opportunity to learn from someone of this level. Big shoutout to .not.sciatica Gustavo for putting me on and, as always, making the entire experience filled with laughter, knowledge, and wisdom. 🙏💯
