Employee spotlight – Jenna B. – CNA/RCA

Jenna joined our team in October of 2023. She graduated from Bath High School and took Allied Health through RESA, the Regional Educational Service Agency.

Jenna is currently attending Central Michigan University and majoring in biomedical sciences with a minor in Spanish.

Jenna’s dream trip would be to go to Japan to experience the cherry blossoms. However, her favorite vacation spot as of now is the Bahamas because of the beautiful ocean views. Jenna’s favorite team is the Detroit Lions.

What do you like best about working at Hazel Findlay? “Building relationships with our residents.”

We recently created a relaxation room for staff to take a well-deserved break. This calming space has comfortable seating and equipment for stretching or a light workout. It is important for staff to be able to find a moment of peace during their workday in order to better serve our residents.
