Scheduled WIC System Update: Temporary Downtime October 17–19

From 10 p.m. on Friday, October 17 through Sunday, October 19, the WIC system will be temporarily unavailable for a planned system update. During this time, WIC purchases cannot be made.

This update includes changes to whole grains, cheese, and formula benefits. If your family receives whole grains or cheese, you’ll notice these benefits will now be listed in ounces (OZ). The amounts, approved sizes, and brands you can purchase will remain the same.

Once the update is complete, all clients will receive a text or phone notification when the system is back online and benefits can again be used in stores.
