This year I was asked to go to a local school and offer mini sessions once a month to their teachers and staff.

It was a gift to be a part of someone’s only time to breathe during a stressful day- or week, or month. I got to laugh, hold space for processing of hard moments, and see time and time again a community come together to support one another. Sometimes a session was gifted by coworkers to someone they knew needed it most. I heard, “Don’t you dare try to miss out on your time.” and “We will get your coverage.” multiple times.

I was greeted by cheers, “Oh thank god you’re here.”, and “We’ve been waiting for you!” each morning I arrived. I was made to feel a part of their community.

THANK YOU to this school. It was my treat to share the year with you ❤️
