Caledonia Home Health Care & Hospice will be closed on New Years Day - essential visits will still take place and a nurse is on-call (24/7). Northern Express Care locations open 9-5 on New Years Day for your walk-in primary care needs. As we approach the New Year, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for trusting us with your care.
