November is American Diabetes Month®
Northern Counties invites you to join our weekly Diabetes Support Group, held online every Tuesday from 5–6 p.m. This free group provides a welcoming space for individuals living with diabetes — and their caregivers — to learn, share, and connect.

Our special guest on Tuesday, November 25th, is Kaitlyn Carreau, Public Health Nutritionist and Chronic Disease Designee with the Vermont Department of Health. Join us as Kaitlyn shares tips and resources to help you save money while shopping and cooking.

Whooping cough, also known as pertussis, is a very contagious respiratory disease caused by a bacteria. It’s known to cause uncontrollable, violent coughing which often makes it hard to breathe.

Whooping cough can affect people of all ages, but it can be very serious or even deadly for babies less than a year old. People with moderate/severe asthma or who have weakened immune systems are also at high risk of serious illness.
