🎧 🧘‍♀️ Saturday was just what I needed...

We celebrated the Winter Solstice with the harmonic balance of Angelika's sound bowls and a lovely restorative yoga practice with a soft guided meditation.

A little part from the guided meditation for you to have as we move into longer days and an upcoming new year:

"Take a deep breath and feel your connection to this moment. Let the cool air fill your lungs, and as you exhale, allow the stillness to settle deeply within you. The Winter Solstice is a sacred pause, a time to honor the longest night of the year and to celebrate the promise of returning light. It is a moment to embrace both the peace of the darkness and the hope of the growing dawn."

A Golf Simulator business will be coming to the old Barber Shop space, where you can rent time slots to go play with your friends!

🎁 We are wrapping up the first semester of music therapy sessions at DACC in Danville!

As the students take their final exams this week and staff enter their final grades, I am so grateful for the opportunity to connect with everyone at campus so far this year. I can't wait to continue offering music therapy sessions next semester!

If you will be attending DACC in January and are interested in individual music therapy sessions, send us an email or stop in the Counseling Center on TUESDAYS for a free session.
