Gamblers Anonymous has started meetings in St. Joseph, Mo.
This is a safe, confidential peer-support group for anyone struggling with gambling. including casino games, online betting, sports wagers, lottery tickets, Bingo, dice games or card games that have gotten out of control.
🌟Meetings will be every Tuesday afternoon at 12:30 p.m. at Washington Park Library, 1821 North 3rd Street, and

Overdose is the leading cause of accidental death in the U.S., but together, we can create change. You can join Family Guidance Center and Overdose Lifeline,Inc in spreading awareness and supporting those impacted by substance use disorder.

Friday, March 6, is national Black Balloon Day. We remember. We honor those lost to overdose and stand with families affected by substance use disorder.

Narcan will be available on March 6 to the public at Family Guidance Center locations:
- 724 N. 22nd in St. Joseph
- FGC Substance Use Disorders Services, 901 Felix Street
- The Behavioral Health Urgent Care Clinic at 4906 Frederick Avenue

Narcan, (Naloxone), is a nose spray that can quickly restore normal breathing to a person if their breathing has slowed or stopped because of an opioid overdose. Call (816) 364-1501 to learn more.
