📣 Important Payment Update at Green Family Chiropractic

To continue providing the highest quality care while managing rising processing costs, we will be implementing a small surcharge on credit card transactions.

Effective immediately, a 2.99% surcharge will be applied to all credit card payments. This surcharge does not exceed our cost of card acceptance and will be clearly reflected on your receipt.

There is no surcharge for payments made by cash, check or debit.

📣 Important Update to Our Massage Policy 📣

To better serve all of our clients and respect our therapists’ time, we’ve updated our massage cancellation policy:

• We now require 24-hour notice for all massage appointment cancellations.
• No-call/no-show appointments will be charged the full price of the scheduled massage.
• A card on file is required for all massage appointments.
• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened, but you will still be responsible for payment of the full session scheduled.
