We are without power this morning and are not sure when it will return, it’s been off since we opened at 9:00. Matt and Caitlin are at the office and will resume clinic once we are back on.

While Dr. Lucas is on vacation this week Caitlin will continue to take all calls and schedule!

St. Joseph REOPENING update!

After a couple of days we wanted to inform everyone of some of our new "normal" in the days to come.

➖We have to require that all patients have an appointment for the time being, we CAN NOT accept walk-ins at the time as guided by the city. Our business is considered contact-to-contact, meaning, that we come into close contact with patients on a daily basis.

➖We only have limited space in the day which we can fill because of this as well as our new sanitizing procedures. We have found that we have to schedule patients every hour in order to clean all surfaces that person has come into contact with and in preparation of our next appointment. Although this is very limiting, we are committed to keeping our patients safe while still being able to service their hearing needs.

➖Because space is limited we will have to schedule further in advance than we have in the past. Unfortunately, this means that it will be very rare for anyone to get in same day. We are still trying to accommodate needs the best we can and the fastest we can.

➖We recommend all patients wear a face mask when coming to our office and we will do the same.

➖We do have no contact methods for doing repairs, performing clean and checks, etc. if you are interested in finding out how please call our office for instructions!

We continue to value your business, while things may not be the same, we are very glad to have your continued support!
