Our program helps bridge that gap so you can recover, move, and feel your best. 💕

We focus on:
🤰 Getting in + out of bed safely
💫 C-section scar care + mobilization
🚽 Toileting strategies (so that first p**p + p*e aren’t scary!)
💨 Spintling strategies for less painful coughing and sneezing
🛏️ Bed mobility + comfy baby feeding positions
