We see it every day. Tight shoulders, tension headaches, low back pain that seems to come out of nowhere. And a lot of the time stress is a big piece of the puzzle.

When your body stays in that constant “on edge” state, your muscles don’t fully relax and that can make pain stick around longer than it should.

With the forecast calling for below-freezing temperatures and significant snowfall, we’ve decided to close the office tomorrow, Saturday 1/23, to keep everyone safe. All scheduled patients have already been rescheduled. We will plan to reopen with regular hours next week.
